With over 25 years of experience, May is a seasoned veteran of the retail loss prevention industry. Prior to founding LP Innovations, Inc., May was the First Senior Vice President, Director of Loss Prevention and Auditing with J. Baker Inc., a national retailer with over 1,300 stores and $600 million in annual sales. During his tenure, May oversaw all corporate facilities, distribution centers and retail stores.
May holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University and is a Certified Forensic Investigator (CFI). Mr. May is involved in several industry associations, serving as a member of the CFI Advisory Board for Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates, Euducational Committee Chairperson of the Retail Security Council for the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS) and a member of Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
Fice is responsible for the oversight of all operations within LP Innovations, Inc. His responsibilities include those of effectively managing a nationwide team of loss prevention professionals of all branches within the organization and overseeing all client needs and obligations.
With over 20 years of experience in loss prevention, Fice has held a variety of positions within retail and private investigation organizations. Fice is a Certified Forensic Interviewer with Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates, and is also certified in the Reid Technique of Interview and Interrogation. Fice has a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University.
Ricci is responsible for general accounting and finance activities, including the fiscal management of company operations. Ricci provides a wealth of leadership and coordination in business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts within LP Innovations.
Prior to joining LP Innovations, Ricci was a controller with GlassHouse Technologies, a leading provider of enterprise storage consulting services. Prior to that, Ricci served as a director of finance for MediSpectra, a privately-held medical device company. Ricci also spent nine years as an audit senior manager for the Entrepreneurial Services Group at Ernst & Young. Ricci holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bentley College.

Esposito is responsible for the global sales, marketing, and consulting initiatives for LP Innovations.
Esposito has over 20 years of loss prevention experience, working within the department store, specialty, and grocery segments of retail. Holding various positions of progressive management, his experience focuses on areas related to loss prevention services, operations, training, and program development. Mr. Esposito holds a Bachelor degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut. He has been with LP Innovations since 1998.

As a former Assistant Special Agent in Charge with the DEA, Matt Murphy has built a career focused on the diversion and illegal distribution of prescription pharmaceuticals. His career includes the oversight and execution of various drug related investigations, developing and instructing agents on illicit distribution investigations and being an instrumental person in the development of the Tactical Diversion Squad, focusing on the illicit diversion of prescription drugs.
Murphy is a currently Vice-Chairperson for the ASIS Pharmaceutical Security Council, and a member of both ASIS and the National Association of Drug Diversion Investigators. Holding a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University and a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Virginia, Matt Murphy now leads The Pharma Compliance Group, a subsidiary of LP Innovations.
