Loss Prevention Field Team:
Regional Loss Prevention Auditor:
The RLPA is responsible for conducting Control & Compliance Audits, developed by LP Innovations in partnership with our clients.
Control & Compliance Audits are conducted for the majority of LP Innovations' clients, and improve operational environments at the store level which result in reduced shrink and increased profitability.
The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of Loss Prevention/Retail or related experience, and the ability to travel 60-70%. A BA or BD degree is preferred.
Regional Loss Prevention Manager:
The RLPM will conduct investigations in response to exception reports, stores with high shrink percentages, cash shortages, and other loss associated with employee dishonesty. The RLPM will be responsible for quickly identifying losses and developing and implementing a corrective action plan to minimize the associated liability.
Investigations will include the interview of suspect individuals based on information from exception reports, covert camera installations, surveillances, paperwork trails and other evidence of known or suspected losses.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree from an accredited college in Criminal Justice or related fields, and will have completed Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates basic and advanced Interview and Interrogation Training. The candidate will also have extensive experience in conducting interviews resulting in written confessions that have been successfully utilized for prosecution or civil restitution.
